Got a notice that Thingiverse has been hacked and passwords stolen. So anyone who has an account there should change their password as soon as possible.

Forgot to update this in a while.

Finished the feet models and used them to create the SWS production style look, which is quite a bit different than the LFS kit version

LFS style on the left and SWS style on the right.

Gotten a little further on working on the T1 style knees and now that I have made 3D scans of the LFS kit it is much easier to get the grooves more correct. Had to move them around to match more and have started to work on the top flat surface of the bottom piece and will try to work out the grooves on the vertical part too.

This is the right leg. When comparing endoskeletons it seems the T1 had the knees on the other legs than the LFS kit and some T2 and T2:3D endoskeletons.

And this is a the LFS endoskeleton scan next to a model from the game Terminator Resistance. The scans on the far right are just the latest I had scanned when I created the render. I've scanned the palms since then, but since it has now become difficult to load all the models - as they are big - and make a render on my old computer, I haven't bothered to make a new one.

3D modeled new eyes based on better measurements, provided by gizmo on the RPF. Previous eyes were based on measurements that turned out to be from a fanmade DeltaDesignRus 3D model, so not accurate. These are.

And for funsies, I added them to the scanned skull and thought it looked cool enough to share.

Open the images in a new tab to load the bigger versions.

Been a while since I updated this thread. Have done a lot more 3D modeling and a lot more 3D scanning since then.

Will post updates here from now on.

Went back and finished the LFS ankle piece, since the lying down getting shot endo seems to have the LFS style feet even during the shoot, but it is hard to tell, though it does look like it has the piston size change on the second toe that the LFS has in the pictures. Though it IS hard to tell for sure unless I find better pictures of it during shooting than the ones gizmo posted earlier in the thread on the RPF.

I know the LFS pictures showed it with LFS style feet... but had to check pictures of it from filming as it could have had the feet replaced later, before those pictures were taken.

I found a way to cut the ankle plate less raggedy than I did the T1 ankle plate, so now that I know how to do it I can redo that one and get a better result, like I did here. I found the older ankle plate and heel model but they looked so bad and were already angled, so was hard to work with, so I spent the whole of today making new ones.

The big toes were placed a little too low on the fork. I just corrected that. Also found that some of the models were skewed from being centered, so I will fix that. Will also add the screw and screw holes to the bottom piston connector on the bottom of the ankle piece. Will do that later as I'm a little tired after working on this all day.

Finished the LFS feet. And then I sorted out all my piston models. Trying to get everything sorted for upload to Cults. May take a while.

Jaw pistons - based on SWS design with measurements from gizmo on the RPF:

Pistons - Revised the models, so it was only the pistons. Based on measurements from the LFS full endo kit:

Various bits - piston rods, piston ends and cable ends. Based on measurements from the LFS full endo kit:

Remembered I had done the hand pistons as well as some of the lower arm detail already. Loaded them up and fixed what was needed to make them ready for T1 and did a few new simple models that was missing from the old files. The pistons are still the basic T2 designs, they will be reworked to T1 shortly. I just wanted everything sorted together.

Working on the hand pistons. As in the picture above there are two types. I have been working on the ones without the DUPRO forks and screws.

Also made one of the piston ball joint ends

Now onto modeling the other style of hand pistons...
