Given the upcoming auction for the medal of Yavin Luke wore in ANH, I did some comparisons between the incredible auction photos and my own replica just for fun, as I was curious if there were differences between the Han and Luke medals, and if they could be seen from more detailed study of a replica (which I'm not sure is from the Han or Luke medal). I am by no means an expert on the medals, so it's more just for my own curiosity and for reference material than anything else. If someone has reference for the Han medal in private hands (or better resolution of the Han medal from onscreen than the one I show below), that would be great, as I am curious if they differ in any significant way. I tried to match lighting/angles/perspective as much as possible.

And comparing the Han vs Luke medal as best I could for any differences in details (I'm curious which one mine came from)...
