Thats not correct. Stone sold to Mark (SSkunky, CfO). The RS 20th Century is coming from someone else.

Ohhhh. I get the two of them confused. Thanks for the clarification. I will edit my original post accordingly.

Is the 20thC smaller than the (fiberglass) eFX?

Hi Fener,

Yes, the 20th C is a bit smaller. I have measurements that I've taken of both and the 20th C averages between 3% and 5% smaller -- not a colossal difference but it is smaller.

Cheers :cheers

Dave

Regarding the RS facemask, looks a bit like the mask used in the meditation chamber.

The 20th C facemask cast I had many years ago was smaller than my DP DLX had a much shorter neck (as pointed out above).

Also the way the cheeks meet the nose is completely different from other Vader facemasks, they seem to end abruptly where they meet the nose. This feature was also evident on the incorrectly labelled Elstree ROTJ which was clearly based on the 20th C.

The 20th C and the screen used masks are quite different. The remnants of the tabs were the only thing that made me think it had any lineage.
