In fact, I think it's in bad taste for that guy to sell anything related to JB, especially so openly on the RPF. But Art is clearly only upholding whatever morals suit his purposes in his "new empire". It was a dark day when he took over running the RPF.

I agree, the RPF has no soul anymore.

I thought I should chime in here to clear a bit of the unfair comments regarding Josh Miller. I do not know JB or much of the background history regarding him however, so I will not go there.

As it is I have known Josh Miller (formerly animietronic, now studio stasis) through the RPF for many years now. I consider him to be a great friend and his honor system is and has always been true and loyal to this great hobby of ours. Although his personal time is extremely limited due to his work commitments, he is extremely reliable to deal with. He is a stand up guy who has gone above and beyond for me in the past, without asking for anything in return. He most definitely has not, and would not rip anyone off.

As things stand regarding Josh's dealing with JB.. I dont know enough about that relationship to elaborate on it further.

I feel the need to add a little info to theworkshop's statements about Josh. There are always two sides to any dispute and I feel it is a little unfair that he is being dragged out with the trash without an opportunity to defend himself here.

From what I have been told and shown by Josh (through screenshots and images), initially Theworkshop requested the helmet be repaired. Josh said no problem and asked him to return the helmet for repair. Theworkshop then changed his mind and then requested a new replacement dome. Josh agreed and asked to have the damaged dome sent back and he would replace it with his own personal copy.. shortly after theworkshop accused them of scamming him and filed a paypal dispute and requested a partial refund of $550 (from a $900 helmet). Josh did not feel it was fair to take such a huge loss when he was willing to fix the issue at hand. He again offered to repair or replace the helmet and cover the cost of shipping both ways on top. After the lack of progress during the communication process, paypal refunded all of theworkshops money and told him to return the helmet. When the "returned helmet" showed up, it was infact just a box full of packing peanuts. Josh actually filmed the unboxing.

So in the end theworkshop got a free helmet and scammed the very people he was accusing of trying to scam him. In actuallity he was just trying to rectify the issue of the damaged dome. I have also seen screen shots of theworkshop openly trying to sell the very helmet (that he "returned") to others on facebook.

Not very nice to dragg somebody through the mud, especially after you've already steamrolled them.

There's nothing unclear about it being shady on Josh Miller aka Studio Stasis' side, which why I saved the emails/conversations in case something like this would come up..

As I would with anyone else, I tried negotiating on fixing the issue and he gave me 3-4 different answers but he couldn't give me a time or estimate on when he could actually confirm delivery of a repaired/personal dome or offer a full/partial refund. Which is why we lost communication and just let PayPal and eBay make a decision. He was scrambling through excuses to delay until I couldn't file for a dispute because the Buyers Protection would be over. The partial refund requested was to pay for a new dome was $200, not $550. I offered to fix and repaint it myself but was refused..I was told he was going to send me a replacement but never had a date on hand. Even with his personal dome offer he still didn't have a date... I understand your trying to defend your friend but you don't have the full story correctly at all and are vilifying me and slandering my name.

Did you recieve a full refund via paypal, and did you infact return the helmet as requested?

This is a screen shot that I was sent showing you offering the helmet forsale after it was "returned"
