I'm curious about SPFX. I've heard different stories on SPFX and I was told he is selling on Ebay right now, some said his items are possible recasts and some say he was a crook, any definitive new on all this? (hopefully this doesn't get anyone upset, sorry if it's a bad thing to ask!)

SPFX used to be a go to lid seller in these parts till bad business practices ruined any cred he had. I believe his current ESB lid is a mix of a recast 20th C mask with a recast GH dome. He is selling on eBay currently, and I like mine, but you'd be better off waiting for Stone to put up a cast in the general store on SLD...

His chest armor is also recast from GH armor. He's known on ebay as anarchydesign.

If the SPFX face mask now matches the TM in size... he's done some major modification to his cast or acquired something new. His stuff is small in comparison.

I'll be showing some comparisons real soon. However if you look at the group picture I posted recently you can see my SPFX right next to the TMs. Gives you an idea how they compare size wise.

All good for now. He shipped it out yesterday and send me the tracking nr.

However, it's probably unlikely that he has had access to a TM so it might just be something similar like a modification of some kind.

Meanwhile so many TM's got sold where no one really know's who have one and who not (and who shouldn't).
There were sold a lot of casts more than offical is known.
So at the end, why not SPFX also could handle it to get one in his hand from those dubious sources, too?

I think it's safe to say, Juan bought up those vast majority of the those TM's.

He may have bought an EFX and converted casts to whichever version helmet he wants to sell.

If he is, eFX can easily shut him down.

So I (temporarily) have in my hands a Darth Ugly ESB helmet. I have to say, for a $450 Vader bucket, it's pretty damn good.

The dome is surprisingly good. If you're a Vader fan, but not a Vader purist, this would be all you need. Will have to post come pics later next week - don't have time to do it now.

This helmet is going to make some kid's Christmas at the Children's Hospital in Milwaukee a little extra special.

Special thanks to Bookface for helping make this happen. :D

I'd like to get your opinions on this, especially compared to the TM :thumbsup

Paul does provide the quality product of a craftsman, at a reasonable price, I agree. It will be a wonderful gift.
