I went through the same with Thomas a few months back. He was dealing with something personal but still got the SL to me.

I spoke with him last on 11/13/2016 and he told me he was heading to Austria for something work related.

You shouldn't have an issue getting your helmet but I know the feeling as I was in your shoes at the beginning of the year.
