I put this up on the JRS a few weeks ago but thought I'd share here as well. For those of you who are machinists or know someone who can machine these for you these measurements off an original Michell pulley wheel may come in useful.

The top tier drops straight down and the middle one is V shaped, the final one though has both a flat bit and a V shape with a flattened bottom which is approximately 0.6mm wide.

The depth of the notch is approximately 0.7mm. It's a massive pain to measure but the important thing is you leave part of the groove behind whilst machining it.
