Hello there! Since I'm stuck with Vader's mask, not having a garage hot enough to work with silicone and fiberglass, I thought I'd try sculpting something different! I chose Grogu, I still have to study the character well, I started by downloading some photos from the internet! Here is the progress after a couple of hours of work!

Even in this rough stage you can tell you have the proportions down. Very nice start.

Some other little progress, I added ears to see if the overall shape was good! It will be hard to give it the perfect look!

I like it. Just keep doing what you are doing and I think you'll get pretty close. :thumbsup

Thanks for the nice words! Here are some recent photos in different angles, I'm having fun trying to do something other than Vader! I take this opportunity to wish everyone happy holidays!

Hello! I started creating wrinkles around the eyes, and sculpted the first ear! Now I have to try to fix the neck and chin well, but there are few photos around that show what it looks like from different angles, and it's not easy!

He looks a little grumpy in that last shot. Has he just been rudely woken up?

I finished outlining the face and ears, they seem quite framed! I gave some color to the eyes, to make the sculpture a little more realistic, and to see how it looked! Next step add material to finish the back of the head!
Later when the bigger jobs finish, I'll go add all the little details, and try to give him maybe a nicer face lol!

Hi guys, I managed to mold the Grogu sculpture! Luckily it came out very well, I was very worried about ruining the sculpture, I had never made a two-part mold! I then used some non-toxic resin, so I could try some copies at home! Now I'm looking for suitable colors to try to do the tests on these copies!
