I love it ! It just oozes charm. That to me IS Vader. Very nicely done. You can see the time and effort that has gone into this.

Paul, are you able to share your paint brands/colors?

I'm not sure how helpful this is but All I can do is point you in a direction of using humbrol paints that will get you more or less similar paint colours. :thumbsup

I'm interested in the colours that you used. I'm blown away by how great it looks.

Thanks Paul.
I’m currently doing other projects so it will take time to finish the remaining bits to do, I over estimated when I thought I had 90% done but it’s coming together slowly. I’m glad you guys like it as it took a few yrs to show because I’m not keen on my WIP threads as it’s not the finished article.

I never got round to doing a new mannequin or doing much to my Vader's as I was swamped with other projects. Here is a picture I took today just to update the thread.

Awesome as usual. I can’t wait until you build up a posable mannequin. It would be helpful to see how you do that. I’m still trying to sort out in my plans for Vader and stormtrooper displays- how to inexpensively make joints movable but strong enough to hold the pose or hold something like a saber or blaster.
