Hi all. I have an EFX Vader Limited and want to get a better paint job done on it. Does anyone know of anybody that provides such a service? I live in the UK so they would ideally need to be over here! Any help would be appreciated

You might check with "bookface" on therpf. He produces and sells the Darth Ugly line of helmets from the CSMacLaren sculpts. I do not know if he offers the painting services you're looking for, but here's an example of his work: http://thepropden.aokforums.com/quasimodo-v2-by-csmaclaren--bookface-vt4726.html

Thanks for reply. Funnily enough I have just been to visit Paul (Bookface) today at his studio. Was very lucky to see his work first hand. Defo getting one or two of his Quasimodo Vader helmets, but not sure if I want to part with the EFX, but would like to get a decent paint job on it. Paul is really busy with his Vader stuff so doubt he would have time to paint my EFX, so would probably have to look elsewhere. I might ask him after Christmas when his work load eases off!

Good luck on your quest to get it repainted. Do you plan on having it stripped prior to repainting, or will you just paint on top of the factory paint job? I don't know who paints stuff, but hopefully you can find someone who can help you out and who can do a great job on it. :thumbsup
