NEEYYOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Ok, I have started to dig into my shelved projects. Starting with my ROTJ Stunt or "fat lip" Vader. It looks much further along than it is because I brushed some paint onto the front for the pics and as a guide coat to see what needs work. This is not the final neck either...the real stunts used a special type of plastic which I have found but have not ordered yet.

I realize I have several projects going...to have options helps to clear the mind and come back to the others with a fresh perspective. I like to think of these things in 3 steps...1. big stuff 2. refine the details and 3. finish. I'd say I'm definitly on 1.

Thanks everyone...well Carsten the short list is:

1. Entire cleanup (sanding off details)
2. The lip still needs work on the right side looking at it.
3. The top hat (not pictured) looks good but I have it misaligned..its been quite the bitch actually.
4. Need to clean up the cheek holes as they are only cut out...I'll have to get a file and file to my trace line before I deal with the plastic.
5. Need to make a new mold for the neck based on this finished neck.
6. Order and add correct mesh.
7. Details such as foam, new lenses, correct clasps and screws etc.

I don't check on this section much so I hadn't seen this. Holy smokes Mikey, that is bad ass looking. Great job and I'm impressed with the attention to detail. You keep raising the bar on these projects. :thumbsup Not to take away from this beauty, but how about a new ESB stunt now? :wtf

I think to date I'm the only one who has done any kind of a stunt and you are correct, looking back it was not correct at all :toothy ...mainly due to the base helmets but I had also not been to see the real one at the time I made it. What promted me to do a Jedi is a friend brought over a bunch of pictures he had taken of it and allowed me to retain the shots for reference.

Thanks guys...I have actually dusted it off...I get these impulses to do certain projects but for some reason have not had the drive to get off my butt for the ESB yet.
