Guns has the original Brian R. moulds and Gino has the mould duplicates.

What's the story?

Here are a few more shots. This is only a prototype lid. not trimmed very well and just trying different plastics. You get the idea.

It still has the tear detail. Wasn't that something deliberately removed on the TE molds?

Because it rocks!!!

I took a real pleasure to make the assembly of one of the first CFO ROTJ helmet kit.

Since this one is made out of biscuit ABS, I decided to go for a screen used look!

Work in progress of course and not the final shape.
I used CFO HoviMix for the mic tips.

I made my own decals (and from my own design of course).

More pics to come when the helmet will be fully finished.

And more pics of the finished helmet:

It's a weathered helmet, inspired form the screen used one with the patch on the back (it's why I reproduced the screw with a rouded head, on the right ear!)

CFO mic tips, personal silkscreened style decals, S shaped neck trim cut, inside painted with khaki paint (in order to give the illusion of the HDPE) and piece of green acetate for the lens!

Nairod, that is STUNNING! :eek

.. That has to be the best ESB replica I've seen yet, fantastic! It makes me want to paint mine as an ESB as well.

:salut
