After i finished to reshape the tears in the armor i now have begun to remould the raised center peak on the flange.

Image

Also i remould the middle stripe on the center.

Image

Therefore i used a straw cut it in half and filled it up with instant adhesive. After it was dry it was hard as cement.
It has the perfect shape for to remould the stripe.

Image

Glued it on and begin to fill it up from the sides , also i filled the center peak on the flange.
Now i have to wait till the filler is dry. After this i can begin to sand the outline.

I think i have to fill and sand it 3 or 4 times till i can begin to sand it to the final shape.

Begun to fill and sand finer to get closer to the final contour.
Here and there are small cavities which need to get filled up.

Yes , he said it would sux's to paint always only white things,he want to paint something in black :lol

Here the last testfit:

Shape is now more rounded on the middel peak, also i remould the collar section and the two "tears" are more wider and deeper.
Shoulders fit now better to the armor.

I hate this stupid bots :disg

Info from my painter.
I gave him the neckpart from my MR helmet to find the correct black for the armor, which is harder as thought.
It's a special black, not a RAL color.
He'll look if he can get a VALSPAR -Gloss black sample.
Also i decide for to go on Rub N' Buff for the silver color.
Last weekend a friend of me showed me a part of his Jango Fett armor, which he also does with Rub N' Buff and the color match 100% to that what i want for the RotS armor.

Be aware that Rub'n'Buff is a pain in the rear to apply and will fade over time. It is not paint.

It's my painters pain not mine, lol.
Just kidding.
As i understand he wanted to clamming the wax, but i will tell him.
Also he found the correct black which match nearly to 100 %.
Sikkens R 160 2K acrylic.
Compare with the MR neckbrace.

Only thing i may change again a little bit, is the radius of the middle peak.
Hard to tell cause if you look from different angles, it look's more round or more spiky.
