It's here, finally. A shame that printing problems delayed this book for so long: LINK

Here's a nice interview with the authors about the book on the Barnes and Noble website

(scroll down to "Interviews and Essays" and expand the text)

I just picked up a good quality used first edition of this book from a 3rd party seller on amazon. The book is a nice size good to display on a coffee table and full of of pictures and fold-out and pull-outs of reproductions of rare art and memorabilia.

I'd say it's a fantastic book for any Vader fan, but especially for those who grew up during the years of the original trilogy. I found so many photos of toys, products, and promotions that immediately trigger a smile or a laugh - "I have/had one of those... or oh yeah I remember that!"

I know that much of the material may be found online, but to see the content within a book you can pick up and flip through adds a tangible factor and realness you don't get as much from seeing the content on a computer screen.

A video with a quick flip through the book which also shows the various fold-out/pull-out extras is at http://www.amazon.com/review/R3P8DI3JFGJFPJ/ref=cm_cr_pr_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=0345522974

Not considering the completeness or the accuracy of the text, but for the diversity and quality of the visual content, I'd rate the book 5/5.
