Hey everyone,

After a few months of down time the ESB chest box project is back in motion. The CNC's been freed up so it was time to get back at it. Here are a couple pics of the first machining process.

I will be posting progress pics every couple of weeks.

Michael

I went back and changed to program to blend the corners and upper radius better. I'm happy with the results so I started maching out the back.

Here is the new blended corners and upper radius.

Hello,

Here are some updated pics of the base. The next step is to start machining the rocker switch.

Just for fun I threw some ROTS coin slots in for a visual. They are not ESB accurate but they give you an idea of the finished look.

Whoa, that's pretty clean work. Very nice. Can't wait to see more.

(Oh... and this smiley :rolleyes is a condescending "whatever", so I'm not really sure it's the right one you wanted to use in the previous post)

Ah... that's okay. I just see a lot of people using it and I'm often wondering why, as their post doesn't appear condescending or mean towards anyone.

Can't wait to see one of these painted and fully finished! :thumbsup

Some update pictures of the machined rod bottoms. These pieces will be anodized gold. Should have more greeblies done by the end of next week.

Before anyone starts balling me out, the pieces are just sitting on the box and not mounted in the correct postion.
