You should scan this helmet as well, that would be very cool.

Look 6 posts above yours. I did. However, I cannot and won't use it because I couldn't secure a permission to do so. I could not agree to the terms.

But it would have been a dream line-up.

Well, you are a bona fide trooper enthusiast, so I forgive you. But only the two from the left will be available.

Just got permission. A good friend helped me acquire it, so I'm in his dept.

More on this soon.

I can barely afford having the Vader models printed right now, as it is... so it will be a while before I can get to the trooper - and I'll try to get permission to do the SFS in sixth scale at the same time.

The trooper looks like an ESB Mark II repainted for ROTJ...

The ears are not the close up style ears.

Some new pictures of the RotJ helmet. Need to do another pass on the seamline to hide it completely.

Seeing as I have full permission to mold this helmet, but being a novice at doing so - and being too paranoid with the postal system to risk shipping it out - do anyone know what molding material and which approach would be best for this? Hopefully someone who knows the Danish market and where to get things locally here, as I'm sadly too broke to risk importing and getting hit with import tax. Or... from places within the EU where shipping costs isn't too high, as that goes free of the import tax system.

I scored one on ebay but the cast is far to be clean as your helmet.

For the molding process, I guess that you get the whole idea here:

Thanks. Would love to see your cast.

I would like to do it as a one-piece mold with a two-piece jacket.
