While browsing the internet I stumbled upon this pic. It appears to be a one piece design (possibly FG)

Does anyone knows its origins?

Its hard to tell leo from that 1 photo as the helmet is out of proportion due to the camera being too close.

It does look like a 1 pice construction so i am guessing fibreglass, i dont think that it is a te, sfs cast. Looks more like the AP type helmet.

Do you have any more pics?

I agree it's not the best of pics, but it's the only pic I have.

Found the original link: http://www.funkymonkeyprops.com/userimages/043.JPG

Looking at the frown...it may be a recast R/T mod helmet.

Found a pic in my photobucket...not the same angle..but its an R/T mod lid.

By the way...the pic I posted came from Jez's site. In the R/T mod section. Hope you don't mind Jez.

The frown definitely has that RT look. IMO the ears are quite different though and the teardrops on the RT are much softer.

Here is another shot...opposite angle. This isn't the same lid but it was a recast in fg kit for sale on ebay a few years ago.

Correct, it's an RT V2, or a copy of. I don't believe there are that many V2 helmets out there as the vast majority are V3s and V4s.

EDIT: And a couple more shots of a V2

Thanks for the info guys. I agree, it's a RT, but I still think the ears look different from the ones usually seen on a RT.

Its not an RT. You can see the 'stye' in the eye. This isn't present in the RT-Mods. I'd say its an AP recast.

Hard to say with this picture, but according to me, the faceplate is close to a Cameron Oakley (ugly vocoder and wide tooth in the middle)

Picture from TK 409 website:
