Upon cursory review of his lawyer's statement, I don't really see the Court as giving him a win of legal rights. Rather, it was more a matter of them not having applicable laws which to enforce. That being said, Ainsworth's DVD is a joke because he's obviously not the creator now that Liz Moore's contribution has surfaced, and the clay stormtrooper sculpt clearly existed.

These are the 3 dvds he made and produced as part of his evidence for the court case.

The photos I posted on the thread - The AA Trial - renamed from armor sculpt topic are from one of the dvds which show how he 'sculpted the original Stormtrooper helmet' - which I hope is now proved without a shadow of a doubt was a figment of his very vivid imagination.

He obviously has a very professional set up now - 30 years on - and in the other 2 dvds he shows how he produces the helmets now.

No doubt that he didn't sculpt the stormtrooper. He has no rights to neither helmet nor armor, regardless of what he may convince himself of. Sad to see what type of person he is.

The ability to sculpt a semblance of a stormtrooper is not proof of being the original sculptor. Anyone with a passing familiarity of the details and an ability to sculpt should be able to create a passable likeness. In fact, the shots showed of his hacking away at the foam looks more like a birthday cake.

Yep - not forgetting the 12inch steel ruler.

I was given the dvds by the Lucas lawyers to give my opinion. When asked by AA's barrister what I thought of AA's methods I could only reply that ' A school kid could have done better'.

Copies are available at a reduced rate - £11.99 :lol :lol :lol

Well, well. When you remove the word "Grandeur" from "Delusions of grandeur" what do you get? :toothy

I strongly disagree. This has nothing to do with having balls or being brave... absolutely bad taste and lack of brains and common decency, is what it is.
