There is another guy at whitearmor.net who has been waiting for his helmets since Celebration 4 :pale :pale. That is quite a long time! I hope everybody get their helmets very soon. I consider myself lucky since I got mine few weeks later after payment, so no complaints about that. Actually Matt sent me a second helmet by mistake that I sent back to him the very same week along with 6" of trim neck I purchased from Webbers. He offered me to get my Webbers trim neck and promised me to give me some of his trim in exchange. I never got any trim back from him neither the money for shipping back a second helmet I never order from him. I still want to believe it was a misunderstanding but after I talked to him on the phone couple times and he asked apologies for that,... still I'm waiting for the trim and shipping expenses... maybe some day :ac6

Cheers

A

It's been a long time trying to stay positive.

Come on TE sort it out, everyone gets delays but obviously your communication or lack of is making matters worse.

The reason for my short replies is because TE did contact me as a result of this thread and he asked me to keep things just between us. He renewed his pledge to fulfill my order and details pertaining to that arrangement.

I understand his not wanting a forum to air a situation like this, but this pledge is not unique as I've received word in times past that he'd ship "next week. "

I also don't want mislead or be evasive to those who ask me publicly because that would send the wrong message that fulfillment of my order would be jeopardized by my telling the truth, and I assure you there is no such issue.

Come July it will be about a year.

I'm sorry you're on the end of some pretty dreadful service and can understand that you want to be wary of saying anything that could further delay or jeoperdise your delivery further.

However I have to say that it completely stinks - that basically you've had to create a thread to get any kind of update from the seller - and that you're now having to mind your comments in order to get something you've already paid for!

He's done this so many times in the past and nothing seems to change :banger

Cheers

Jez

I can't understand firstly what takes so long and secondly why the lack of communication.

Lets hope it gets sorted soon. Good news that other orders are beginning to get delivered.

What I would do is give him a deadline. He's had a reasonable amount of time and there's no excuse for a wait that long or he should not have taken your money until it was ready to send. Give him one month or your money back and if he doesn't comply then take action.
