If it wasn't full size I would say it was the Gentle Giant Stormtrooper bust helmet. That helmet is said to be from a scan of the SFS helmet, but iirc unconfirmed - though GG had a scan of that.

Personally, with the fact that he's selling multiple casts and for such a low price, I would say it's a recast of the TE SFS fiberglass helmet - we've heard of resin blanks before selling for about $80

Someone who knows more about troopers and know the variations between the different fan made mask can probably give you a more certain answer.

That face definately originates from the set for stun helmet, no doubt about it, but it doesn't look as sharp as Matt's original offerings. I agree with NHM, also TE's helmets were in fibreglass not resin IIRC.
