Not quite finished. Still have to permanently affix the grill, tusks, and install foam, and add the straps.
Haven't had time to finish the dome yet but give me a few days.
The flange is correct as are the fasteners.

More pics coming. I'll be away for the evening until tomorrow but wanted to put these up before I left.

Looks very good. As I know you are a perfectionist, I hope you will not take offence that IMO the tusks are the only weak point.
