This is a toughie. The Rots reveal is different to the ROTJ reveal, surely, being less detailed, and mainly a simple, hermetic collar to keep out infections, and create an incubator for vaders appalling injuries. I have my Vadermaker lid being sorted by a skilled guy, but have had the urge to do a vader costume with a twist, the scarred Anakin vader look. Thing is, I have seen no ROTS collars/neck pieces anywhere, so can anyone offer me any advice?? I'd hate to end up chopping a lid to pieces!!

yes, but it's merely a rear to the neck on the actual lid. It has no detailing, etc, and the jaw and tusks does not come apart like the rotj reveal one. Do we have any screen grabs of the rots reveal as the helmet is applied to vader on the operating table??

Check out the very bottom of the page on Jez' StarWarsHelmets.com site. There are some shots of the upper face of the reveal. Don't recall having seen a lower jaw or a detailed neckbrace of the RotS helmet - only the face.

Interesting. Dog collar studs and allen heads. Nice new split plugs too!

I have some of this mesh that a friend gave me, but I have no idea what it is from. Is there a picture of the back? Just curious if the bolt is back there and how the split plugs are arranged.

hmm, seems almost too simple. Sometimes you can find wallboard patch panels that like a lot like this. The split plugs are a bit harder to find, though Porty will sell them from time to time. The hardest part, at least for me, to find on these has always been those darn wheels!
Thanks for the pics DefStar, I have never seen shots of this before.

I think it would be a good idea to repost these pictures in the RotS gallery in the gallery sections. Seems important to keep such valuable reference pictures together, so it's easy for people to find.

Just a thought.
