What about ebay seller postbox1000? He is from Germany and is often selling accurate ANH armor. He claims it to be 1st gen and different from the TE and GF armor. Does anyone know of this seller and possibly verify the authenticity of the armor?

????? ... never heard of that guy before !!! ... I am from Germany, but I've
never seen any auction for accurate ANH armor here ... do you have pics
of one of his auctions saved ??? ... would be great if you could post them
if you have some ... or a link to a previous auction maybe ... :rolleyes

:lol :lol :lol ... Sorry, but I was so "excited" about the 3 words:

"Accurate ANH Armor"

that my first and only though was "Vader Chest Armor" ... :rolleyes

... So I totally forgot I was in the "Stormtrooper Section" ... :violent

... stupid me ... :eek

I thought so. I was just curious. I knew there were a fair share of European fellows on this board, so I figured it would be the best place to ask.

From what I have read and have been told by those in the know, Movie FX armor was cast from the GF ANH armor. And the ROTJ armor that they offer wasnt available until after C2 when 2 German individuals purchased ROTJ armor from some folks after the con.

I am not throwing accusations here its just what I have read or been told first hand by parties in the know, so to speak.

After seeing the auction I totally agree with DP: 100% GM/Movie FX.

Deleted the corresponding topic to this one from the Trooper Armor section and only keep it solely here in the Privileged Section - a waste to have to update basically the same topic in two locations, so I thought it was better with just one. :lol

Cheers. :cheers

Added a picture of the TM ANH Stunt and renewed the TE Stunt and Hero pictures - all provided by CSMaclaren. Thanks bud! :thumbsup

Also fixed some broken links and removed the "Confirmed recasts" part of the list and added the helmets listed there back into the main list.

Cheers.

Changed the Meatsock picture to a Stomtrooper instead of a Sandtrooper... also added a picture of the RT-Mod V2.

More pictures to follow soon are the RT-Mod V3 + V4 & Troopermaster Hero & Altmanns.

Reason the pictures look so wonky is becuase I screwed up the measurements. It should be 250*250 pixels + 35 pixels added at the bottom for the text. Will have to redo all those with the wrong measurements soon.

Found this pic of 2 GF helmets I used to own. He had the most professionally-made, and consistent helmets I have seen.

Yep, those GF were truly awesome. What kind of mic tips did he use?
They look kinda strange to me.
