Received this wonderful piece of hardware last week. :toothy
doesn't look like much from the back, but this thing sounds fantastic and is completely invisible when worn.

funny vid...me BEFORE I got the settings right. I've since cranked the distortion to where I sound like I'm on the radio, and adjusted the static burst settings. revised vid coming shortly  the coolest things are the three buttons that play pre-recorded sounds (see above pic, right. I've since cleaned up the crappy tape job) I've got two TK radio chatter samples and a blaster. SOOOO cool.

Hehe, that's pretty cool. I'm just getting into trooper stuff, but I dig it.

LOL it is the coolest thing ever!
Forgot to mention that since everything except the mic is behind the chest plate, I had a vertical button hole slot made on the chest of my undersuit to run the small audio extension cable up behind my neck seal. If you look at the pic above you can see where I wrapped the thick end of the jack with black velcro. By applying a velcro surface on the bottom edge inside my helmet (below my chin) it allows me to reach up after I put the bucket on, attach the mic jack, and quickly velcro it out of sight under my chin, which also keeps the cable running left-right before snaking down my neck. It really worked out quite well.
Those tk radio chatter samples are just so cool. I trooped with it last weekend and I would slide my finger up under the front edge of my chest plate and press one every time a kid approached us....

You must have a concave chest to be able to fit all of that in there! :lol I'll be glad when I switch over to at-at pilot. I'll just throw the junk in the chestbox and the speaker in a pocket. :)

lol it does look like a lot but it barely touches my chest...fits into the..uh..recesses quite nicely.
the biggest prob is all the extra length of cable on all of it. I need to just cut and splice and it would be a lot more compact.

Cool stuff!

I just got mine the other week and have yet to fit it to my helmet/armour but have played with it a lot and it sounds great.

oookay well this afternoon I surprised my five-yr-old's after-school class in costume. Just before all the kids came in I was able to do a self-made movie clip to show how the unit sounds...enjoy.

Also enjoy my laser blast acting
