Vader Chest Box Diagrams (Ref Pics)

Hi everybody,

Well as I had mentioned in my armour diagrams thread, I have done some work on some Vader chest box ones. Here is where they are at right now:

If anyone has any comments or suggestions, I'm all ears!

Cool. The wonky shape of the first really messes with my eyes though. The machinist in my cries out in pain at the not-square box.

I never notice it on screen, but I'm glad it was fixed for the rest of the movies.

I think I saw somewhere that the lower "golden" pieces under the rods were silver on some boxes... but maybe that were simply tour or exhibition boxes. I'll look into it before saying anything further.

Just checked. No silver in sight... don't mind me... just carry on. Must have been a tour or exhibition box I've seen. :lol

You got to love how everything in ANH was so wonky and just thrown together. And now 30 years later we are trying our damnedest to replicate what those pieces with precision and accuracy to get all the abnormalities just right.

Great illustrations also, they will be of great use in putting together my Vader.
