Yeah, me too. If someone can reliably offer it here in the States or make it available to us here in the States, PM me please.

I'd get one if I had the extra cash. The symmetrical look isn't that bad. The only little irritant I have is the ears since they're a bit too fat IMO. Other than that, I like it.

Far from screen accurate, but it looks nice and for just 60 quid a pretty good deal IMO. (and ideal for trooping)

MR said over the last couple of days that these will NOT be available anywhere else apart from Play.com. I can only presume that the US retailer deal wasnt signed befroe 31st Dec so MR were unable to go through with it.

However many thousands of these were ordered by Play, so there's a chance they could on-sell to other retailers

Cheers

Jez

Shouldn't be long before they appear on ebay.

I give them credit for making these pretty nice. But I just dont see why its so hard for every company to make a helmet like the real ones. Its 4 cheap vacuformed pieces with rivets and screws holding them together! material cost would only be about $30 and they could sell them for a huge profit by retailing for like $300 which fans would be glad to pay for an accurate helmet.

(sigh) Still I think its pretty nice for what it is. Certainly better than the FX .

I absolutely second that opinion ... nice price for the material quality, but
nothing for me regarding the looks of it ...

Early scalpers are on ebay trying to make a big buck but it wont be long before more people try to follow suit and the price will drop tosomething more reasonable

Cheers
