This is a ROTJ themed life-sized Vader display located at the Presidio in San Francisco, California where Lucasfilm has its main offices. The helmet has lineage to the movie ROTJ, although the lenses are inaccurate, this bulbous lens shape has been seen on more than one iteration sourced by LFL. I've seen this lens shape on the Rubies Vader Statue (a limited edition), on the "Jeff"/GH ROTJ master casting, and on a helmet loaned to the movie production "Night at the Museum II".

This display is quite dissimilar to the Rubie's Vader Statue (immediately noticable differences are the arms, the leather suit, chestbox and the armor).

The Night at the Museum II helmet is a regular LFL stunt helmet.

What is a "regular" LFL stunt helmet? Are you referring to something used in the production of ROTJ? The lenses are different than those used in ROTJ, and the paint scheme appears reversed, although the image could have been mirror flipped in the movie, like certain scenes in TESB. I don't see the perspex on the cheeks, but this is a very poor quality video capture.
