It arrived yesterday. Image Image

Supposed to be the last one ever made (so it says on the inside) It looks awesome, by far superior to the SDS.

I'm not really sure, but it may have something to do with the LFL vs SDS court case...

That's not a TE2... that's one of the last TE helmets... iirc, that's how they were signed.

Ah... that makes a hell of a lot more sense... yes... the TE is over... now there only is the TE2 (not to be mistaken with the "SFS" fiberglass helmet).

Cool that you got one of or THE last TE. SWEET! :thumbsup

Absolutely nothing, as it is TE's molds that the TE2 helmets come from. Though... there is some damage on some of the pieces that happened when the molds where shipped to the new owner - most were repaired, but some still remains... not impossible to repair when buying a kit, but definitely isn't part of the original mold. More news can be found on the http://www.mepd.net/forum/

Hey SWC, great acquisition.

Are you going to keep it as is(sandtrooper) or are you going to convert it to stormtrooper specs?

Thanks Anthony.

I'll keep it as is. I already own two Stormtrooper helmets (SDS Hero and Stunt) and within a few weeks hopefully a TE SFS helmet as well.

After that I'll go out hunting for an ESB.

I believe that is the last helmet Matt assembled and painted.I think he assembled others after that when he sold the molds to the new ownerTE2).Not 100% sure but I think that's how it went.Very nice helmet indeed.

This passed through my hands before SWC - it was assembled by TE and is the last one he did before shipping the moulds to the new owners.
