I am the fan of Lord Vader which lives in Japan. I am making RTOJ Vader Reveal Mask now.
Making a base mask finished.







However, there are still insufficient parts.
I do not have all metal sheets, expanded metal mesh(mouth), and punching metal sheet(mouth, eye, neck seal).
Those metal sheets were not able to be found in Japan.
Please teach me how to get them.

Darth Fetty was selling some parts in the Classifieds, though the last time I checked, some people had already purchased a bunch of stuff.

Who is the maker/provider of the mask?

I am in the new year hopefully going to be offering very comprehensive reveal kits made from alluminium. I have spent the last 7 years or so collecting parts. I have most of the parts drawn up and will be sourcing machinists and laser cutters in the new year.

It looks like you have a great basis to start.

For those of you who are more knowledgeable about Reveals, does the plate on the crown have to be a specific shape, height, angle and diameter in order for all the parts to fit properly?

I can give you some measurements when I get home later. I have a Ketzler and a GH ROTJ and relevant ellipse.

I'm not familiar with a Ketzler. What is that?

Is the "Elipse" the thing on the very top of his head/crown? Is that a found part?

Tim Ketzler made a reveal faceplate base mask.....Very good!

That's the closest available now. They have changed the design slightly but it's still fairly close.
