Injection molding uses metal molds as far as I know, so # 1 will be exactly like # 100 and exactly like #1000000 in terms of structure. Edges may get worn, but not shape. You've just forgotten how crappily warped these actually are.

The work looks great but how do you keep it from breaking once you're finished modeling? is this to create a mold or a display piece?

I'm liking the look and shape of this.

I really like the rough look to it. The only thing that stands out to me on a quick viewing is the curve on the left outside mouth wall that looks a bit too extreme (right in picture). I think it should be more flat.
