I photoshopped out a few key details on the faceplate, but you get the gist.

TM ANH faceplate with the EFX Limited Edition Dome. The dome I'm dying for is a GS ANH version - preferably one with all the original paint drips in the cast. That's a call out to you, Mark. :wink:

For now, I'm entirely happy with the EFX Dome even if it's not perfect to the Vader purist. I could live with this if a better dome never comes along. :cool:

All I can say is, VaderMonkey is one fabulously talented person. So thankful to him for getting the paint to cure and finishing the helmet. Also thankful to Carty for giving a crack at it. Knowing this helmet was rather problematic, I'm even more thankful it worked out and it's finally home again. I can honestly say, these things are now family heirlooms and will be passed down to my kids and grandkids. ...along with my Griswold cast iron cookware from the late 1800's and early 1900's. :)

that looks great man, congrats, and the dome doesn't look all that bad, looking forward to seeing what it will look like with the GS dome. :D

Just looking at the ANH and ESB side by side - and I feel like I'm starting to be swayed to the ANH as a favorite. All those details... :drool

Now I just have to shave off a little of the dome mount on the ESB to get it to sit a little lower, and I'll be good to go.

Also looking for new helmet stands.
