...Two years? So about $50,000 per lid? |

Well I've only made them for myself never for anyone else. And I only pay myself $0.10/hr. I know me. I'm cheap! But seriously I do have couple of Dan laws HDPE kits. Except for the first one which is white HDPE the others are made of a beige HDPE so it's important to get that paint to stick the first time so been experimenting with what's best to use to do that. I spent a couple of months and about $75 in special orders tracking down exactly the right size stainless steel woven mesh for the Hovi Mic tips. Now I gotta figure out a good way to cut them into circular discs without them unraveling lol. But from some of the postings on whitearmor.net I think I know how to do it. I knew you were asking about commissioning someone to accept a kit and complete a build. I'd be too concerned about not assembling it and painting it the way you'd like it. But should you choose to try to build it yourself I could provide you pointers and the guys over at whitearmor.net will be happy to assist too. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk |
