By looking it here at work seems quite soft. What is it made of: ABS, fiberglass, PVC, HDPE? |

It's defiantly a very poor recast of some shape or form. The whole definition of the lid is very soft indeed. It's based on a hero lid though seeing the 6 teeth but its hard to tell where it originated from seeing as the pull isn't great. |

Looks like an MFX helmet to me. 2-3 mm ABS? |

Definitely a recast. Therefore pretty much impossible to tell the source, unless someone knows the exact recaster who did it. My first thought was an early RT-Mod, but it doesn't really appear to be one of those and I always thought the MFX helmets were a little sharper than that. |

Thanks for the info....a bit disheartening....but I think I can get it looking presentable. I do remember that I bought it from someone on the RPF....I do not think it was part of a run or anything like that. It is a decent thickness. I'll post progress pics when I start working on it. |

As a Sandtrooper helmet you might cover up some of its visible flaws. Or make it Death Trooper |
