This came today!
It weighs 29 pounds (or 13 kilos) and was very carefully packed and wrapped up to prevent damage during shipping. The book itself is HUGE and very heavy. The overall design pleases me very well and although made in China - has a superb quality to it. I didn't manage to get through the whole thing because I just don't dare myself to take it out of the box
My overall conclusion after getting a fast look into it: worth EVERY CENT! I'm really impressed by this book.
Negative: I've found one page where the printing seems a bit off but nothing that bothers me. Here are some pics of this heavy sucker:
