Nice!

I ended up selling mine because of pulls -- specifically the tunneling or wrinkles (whatever you call it). I even sent the first one back to TE but the second had this problem as well. Seems as though it is a problem with the HDPE and the primative vac set up he had -- either air getting trapped or material stretching funky or improper heating.

Can't fault the finish work you did at all -- nicely done!

You have to leave the vacuum on much longer while the plastic cools or it loses it's shape. I've noticed all the HDPE helmets from TE seem to suffer the same problems and the face plates seem to have an odd shape, like the plastic hasn't gripped the mould tight and stuck, a result of releasing the vacuum pressure too early or not having enough pressure to begin with.

Either way, you've done a fantastic job with your helmet and I think it looks really great!
