I've only seen pictures. Nice, but not up to Marmit standards yet. :cheers

Anyway, thought I'd show of a treat. First teaser look of the symmetrical Vader. This is a low-res model just done up quickly. It showed us a lot of things, especially that we should probably tilt the face mask 2 degrees clockwise, when looking at it from the front, so the center line goes through the middle tab and right down between the middle teeth, instead of now where it is centered through the nose and chin vent bottom corner. May give a better result in the end. But we wanted to show off the progress. Even though this is done as a low-res test, it is still a lot of work.

Decided to show part of the special project. Still working on the other part and trying to figure out how to do the base, but so far I like where this is going.

Not symetrical for ROTS. I guess its a fullsize Vader helmet project. Carsten will tell us.

All this is sixth scale projects. The one above is trying to replicate what may be the look of the original face mask sculpture. The second part of the piece will hopefully be shown off soon... but I'm still a bit uncertain whether I've actually been able to do it justice well enough, so am a little apprehensive about showing it off just yet. I hope it will end up looking cool, though resent events has made me stop all projects.

With fullsize i meant the original face mask sculpt Carsten  Looks very promising. :thumbsup

Not much progress since last time, but I've been slowly working on the bodies. Well, the ESB body, at least. I never showed a picture of the lower leg replacement I did from the last time I showed the body, but things are looking much better now. Also worked a little on his chest, to give him that signature Prowse look. I didn't worry about making it pretty, just roughly in the right spot, as this will be covered anyway and I just need the contours and placements of things for later sculpting.

Hope you like.

Got a little help to create the ANH tunic and cape set. Looking great. I'll shape it before spraying it with clear lacquer to make it solid for molding, but right now I'm just pleased looking at it, as-is. Of all things, the best material for this was an old t-shirt. Even in this state, the way it drapes and hangs is better than any other material I had tried.

A test just to see how it would look with belt and chest box. The belt is just a stand-in, as it belongs to my Hot Toys T-1000 Terminator figure. I will have to make my own. Second image shows a close-up of the fabric. Actually works pretty well to give texture. All that will be softened however once I've hardened the cape after final adjustments.

First picture of a production cast - only a trial casting to see if it works the way we planned. Looking good so far. With tusks attached.

A shot of a few test casts to see how the master molds work. So far so good.

Holy frikkin' Yeezus. That's crazy. I know that the lens tells us that it is small but I'd otherwise think we were critiquing full size. That's crazy good, dude!
