Post subject:  My ESB Vader 100% Done :)

Well, After a year of intense work this is my finished Vader..
I had a little trouble with lighting, I'm not the best Photographer :( so,
While i love the pics I will Probably take more to try to capture what he
looks like in person:)
Thanks to everyone who helped me, You've all been a great help to Me, and Everyone
else for that matter:)

Here's a rundown of the parts of my Vader Costume

Helmet: Me :) I casted it from a friends Helmet, but since this subject is touchy i will just say the Originals origins are unknown
Armor: Ghost Host (Nice Guy and hell of a nice set of armor)
Chest Plate: Gino (Gino is the only way to go for this piece)
Leather Suit: TMP ( Fantastic quality in size 46,46,42 this suit is a must for anyone wanting their vader to look the best)
Belt Boxes: Me :) (Something i've started to make for other people)
Cod: Me :) (Can't believe I'm still making these for everyone :) I'm glad you all love them)
Cape and Robe: Me :) ( I really wanted Kevvader to do mine but he had a slight set back on scheduling)
Shin Guard's: Sith Armor ( I really couldn't turn down these at the price he's offering them )
Boots: Ebay ( They had a Pair of size 13 extra wide Riding boots, so i jumped all over them )

That's really something. Very nice. So how tall is your mannequin with and without costume?

Helmet's looking really nice too.

You might want to stick some socks or something into the gloves to fill them out a little more, but Vader's looking real good there!

Doug, this Vader is really fantastic. It looks like from screen. Great pose also. But its not only the right parts you have, you managed it very well to arrange all the parts to get this perfect look. And you could be very proud of making so much stuff from yourself with this quality. Really lookin forward that you will make me one of your cods. And thanks for listing up all the parts from your Vader and sharing these infos for all us here. That Vader rocks :headbang

That is one fine looking Vader. You seem to have the proportions down. Great job on finishing it up!!

Stunning job, looking and the lack of indentation on the widows peak it's a ROTJ helmet though.

Thanks for the kind words everyone :)
I have to say the hardest part of making this vader was not making the
parts like you would think.. It was getting all the parts to sit right and get
his proportions looking right.. many hours went into just this

Actually, the remnants of the widow's peak crease occurs in varying sharpness on the ESB helmets due to primer & paint filling it in. Which of course means that they appear even less sharp on ROTJ helmets due to having even more paint applied but it is still faintly there. ROTJ domes are actually ESB domes after all.
