Master Replicas is set to produce an animatronic Darth Vader. They don't mention the scale but it sounds really cool.

I'm guessing ROTS as well, not that MR only has the ROTS license, as they clearly have access to items of all six films.

Rather, they have the computer model of the ROTS Vader helmet, so it's a matter of digitally printing it in urethane and then shrinking it to scale.
