I have a question.

Do Disney produce their own toys, merchandise, props, whatever or do they only license other companies to create and manufacture these?

In case anyone knows.

Yes, Disney does produce some merchandise under the brand "Disney Store" with the trademark/ logo "Disney Genuine Original Authentic". I have a couple of products such as the 12" -15" talking First Order Stormtrooper and talking Darth Vader. No other manufacturers are listed on the packaging. Clothing, plush toys, play sets, specialty figures (die cast) are some examples of exclusive "Disney Store" merchandise.

Was just a thought I had recently that if eFX is in financial difficulties, then Disney could buy them out, keep the name and get the product made for those who have ordered and continue production. Basically get things back on its feet. I don't know. I just feel kinda bad for all those pre-order buyers who are waiting and it really is a shame that all the announced eFX pieces, such as Fett and the ANH hero Stormtrooper armor and helmet and other stuff would never be made available.

I don't know. Just a brain fart.

Something akin to "common stock" and "preferred stock" scenario...
