Not sure at all! The sdeshow site only mentions Darth Vader, but the belt looks wrong for R1. The cod what I can see looks gigantic like R1. The shoulder armor not sure, were the R1 shoulderbells black?

Sideshow collectibles were never too accurate (with very few exceptions), as Sideshow are mostly known for artistic interpretation.
