tried my hand at cutting down a welding visor...piece of cake. got a template so if it ever gets scratched i can bang another one out in about ten mins.

looks great and vision is fantastic.

still experimenting with padding/ chin straps etc. haven't made any structural mods to the actual helmet itself yet... but i will be re-doing the frown shortly and adding mesh.

thanks fellas. Ive since redone the frown with grey sign vinyl and re-meshed:

pulled off the old film, stuck it to cardboard, made templates of ea piece, and cut new, longer pieces (to wrap around the little fangs) out of Avery sign vinyl. perfect color match =)
