DP Dlx Biker Scout Helmet

Since there's not much known about this helmet, I thought it'd be a good idea to start a thread on it.

So, how many of these were made?

Ok, thats not much. But certainly one of the best licensed helmets ever.

I can't for the life of me recall where I heard that. But it was scrapped because DP sales were going slow, so what's out there are basically the prototypes, and the DP production originals iirc.

Good thread!

I heard from a reliable source that just 25 were made so you might have read it on my site. I have some info on them - on a new page on my site (Ive split up most the DP Info into their respective "characters")

Then from here either click Original, Licensed or Fan-made

I always had the thought that you should split up the vader fan helmets into their individual pages and just have an ANH / ESB / RotJ / RotS / Concept frontpage then leading to a thumb page with a picture of each individual fan helmet, each linking to a page with just that helmet. All that scrolling on the Vader pages is just too cumbersome. :ac10

You are free to use the pictures from the helmet list for that :cheers

(hopefully no one has any objections to that). Then you can have the helmet maker/owner write a little review and then followed by cast-owner comments, if casts are available.

Size-wise, how does it compare to an original? I'd expect it to be slightly smaller.

Thanks mate I'll do that. TBH was going to update the Vader section anyway but did the Stormtroooper first - that took me ages - my site does "creak" a bit at times
