Funny you bring this up, its nature for us boys to look up there. I did see someone on the Bay who did customs on this fig to lift the back end off to reveal Leia :toothy Cant seem to find the seller though, but it was a nice sight indeed, even if it is a polystone figure.

I found these two links to eBay auctions on Rebelscum:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ORIGINAL-SLAVE-LEIA ... dZViewItem

NUDE:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Custom-Gentle-Giant ... dZViewItem

That last one appears to have great re-sell value added to it... HOT DAMN some people...

Now I've finally figured out why the ESB Vader bust looked so weird... it is under-sized and sorta super-deformed. Not only, as I observed from the start, is the facemask mirrored, but everything is so SMALL... the only thing truly 1:6 scale is his arm and hand, which is why it always looked over-sized. They squeezed him in to fit the size of their other busts.

Makes me dread the new ESB statue... man... if that is undersized the same way... om man... :violent

You haven't heard of it? It's Vader kneeling down from the ESB conference scene with the Emperor - though, the pose is very clearly RotJ.

It went on pre-sale a few months ago...

Here's the only picture I have of it at the ready... excuse the added screencaptures - it was used as an example to show it didn't match any pose from ESB and also as to what pose I would have preferred: the right one:

That's okay.

Well... the head of the bust is unbelievably small compared to my Kaiyodo 1:6 scale Vader helmet. EXTREME. It's like looking at a comparison picture between a DP Standard & a DP DLX. It's THAT MUCH difference.

Back to square one... :banger

Yeah... got so pissed off when I saw the size of the GG bust... that I re-started my own project again. There's pretty much no chance of success, but at least it'll keep my hands busy and my mind thinking about other stuff.

I'll keep you posted.
