BTW! Anyone else thinking Gino is going to disappear or take a seasonably long hiatus?

Art seems to be rather convinced that they still hold the their license. I feel for the people that have money tied up in that company.

As for Gio,

He made out like a champion (not that he deserves it). I can only think of the hero Boba that he molded. Bet he'll have a nice display to show off once efx is fully under.

I said is much in the Scout Trooper thread, I feel bad for the people who have money tied up in pre-orders for EFX.

Even if Art is suggesting EFX holds their license, Gino deleted all his comments in that thread stating they still retain those rights.

Noib mentioned a second source heard the same rumors.

If Gino shows his head if this is all true, I have a feeling many of his 'former' supporters will be looking for his head on platter (not literally, but you know)...

I replied to that RPF thread. It might get me banned from there but I'd be in good company. Separate from the question of whether or not they keep their license is whether they are about to file for bankruptcy.

Whether they do or not is I suppose speculative. Find it humorous that Gina took her comments out of a few threads relating to the topic....
