I'm slightly dubious about this, but it is indeed possible it's a prototype.

It's just that there is one sign that says "1 of 1" and then another sign that says its number is 0637!

I'd like to know where the seller is. In 2005 at a mall in Concord, CA there was an MR kiosk for a few months. They had one of the prototype Vader helmets on display.
