As i know his armor is a recast.. ( hate this word) .., a copy of a TE 2 armor.
He only make copy's of other guys stuff.Nothing selfmade.
I had bought a E 11 blaster kit from him 2 years back, which is a MR E 11 copy as i believe.
Only what i can say about this kit is ,that it is very good in shape and that he was very qick in shipping.
( At this moment i not know that he also copy armors, so please forgive me, that i bought from him.)

Why do you hate the word? If he makes copies without permission of fan offerings, he's a recaster and should be shunned.

I hate this word, 'cause i read to much disussions about recasting the last time.
Short, yes, you are right, to make a copy's of one others work without permission is shit.

But please, not a other discussion about recasting again in this thread.
I can't read it anymore.

We only talk about it so much because people keep sending their money to these people making them continue to leech on the hobby.

Agreed. TE2, AP and TM are the ones worth recommending.

GINO armor is difficult to acquire and costs a lot.

Another problem other then being a recaste, is the armor is not going to be as sharp and will be slightly smaller.

Oh yeah, another thing. Not to knock AP stuff. The GF/AP helmets are a little smaller compared to the TE/TE2 helmets. When you compare and look at them both there is a big difference.

I bought one of his helmet kit on ebay. I've been really surprised by the quality and the thickness. Hard to believe that it's 0.60 because all the parts are strong and not thin like paper!

Unfortunately I'm not able to make a comparison with a TE2.

So you would say that $250 for the armour & helmet would be a good buy?

It would need a lot of work , but that's half the fun.

When finished it would make a great display piece...
