I was wondering if you can you paint over liquid latex with enamel paints? Any tips would be appreciated.

Very bad combination. I've always had it react in a bad way when putting latex over dried enamel. I'm sure it'd be a mess the other way around.

Have you considered using a PAX style paint?, it gives.

I usually use it on latex foam appliances & it holds up very well.

just a thought.

Liquid latex is a beautiful supplement with multiple purposes. One of those is makeup. It creates second skin on the original skin. But, liquid latex must be used very carefully. There exist huge brand names in market for latex. Do research on the product before buying it.
