Let me open by saying that I'm rubbish at electronics.

I'm wiring up the excellent ANH belt boxes that I recently received from Russ and although I can get the red LED he supplied to light up when connected to a 9 volt battery I'm having no luck getting the green LEDs to do the same. I got the LEDs off of Guido and they're labelled as being 230 v ~ 50 Hz. Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Problem solved....I hadn't realised that I needed to replace the existing lights to make it run off of a 9 volt battery, cheers Guido.

I got some of those green lights from Allied Electronics and they're set up for 12V. I still think I'm gonna end up removing the resistors from them anyway so i can set up the circuit to power all three lights off of one power source.
