I'm modding my Rubies Supreme, and I'm at the point to fill in the fourth ridge, the dimples, etc; every tutorial I've seen says to use PC-7 two part filler. My question is what is this? Is it a specific product, or is it a generic name for something like Bondo? Also, where do I find it? Home Depot, Lowes...and what department? Sorry for all the questions, but thanks for the help.

Ron

PC-7 is an epoxy putty..two parts mixed together. Bondo is a brand name ...but at the same time its a generic name used to describe auto body filler. Bondo is FG filler.

Not sure if Home Depot sells pc-7 or not...I have found it though at most local hardwear stores . Generaly I find it around the glue, stains, and paint areas of the store. Hope that helps. :thumbsup

One thing I forgot...PC-7 is the name on the product. Not sure the name of the manufacturer though. There are a lot of these types of products on the market.

Do a search through some of csmacleran's posts...he has done some great comparisons of a number of these putties. You may find some helpful info there.
