Here are pics of two helmets I worked on. The first was painted a while back using a layering teqnique in ESB style... the other is a work in progress ROTJ.

THanks guys, I will post my ROTJ finished shots here in a week or two when its all nice and dirty up with all the little nicks and scratches on it.

Then I shall get to my own bucket. Its a cold cast metal bucket so it requires no silver. I am doing it in ESB!

Looks great..my freind just got a Mystery helmet that he is doing..it has made me want to do one as well...

You should, its one of the most interesting paintjobs out there IMO and with your eye for detail I think you could do it justice. ;)

I will post my set of stencils I have created in either here or the reference section for anyone wanting to atempt either bucket as it makes for an easyer and more accurate bucket.

On the mystery helmets... those are great but if your thinking of jumping on the bandwaggon hold out till early next year, there will be a new sculpt coming out to trump all others. Cant say more then that about it. :cool:

Oh no you don't... as if I'm letting you tease us with only so little... you gotta tell more... at least... reveal whether it'll be ESB or RotJ... that's all I'm asking for now! :lol
